CleanTech is one of the hypes of our time. Green ICT is part of it. Although a sustainable development ultimately boils down to individual decisions made by ordinary people, households and organisations, the framework for development is set by policy makers and regulators. What can they do to stimulate cleantech and green ict? Malta and Palau are two very small countries in different parts of the world with governments that would like to know. We will provide advices for them that create win-win opportunities. As well as, show them what hard core business opportunities can be found behind the hype that are politically correct?
